The PowerShift 4.20.061 Update

Incremental changes from the initial release of 4.20.039* through the initial release of 4.20.061** are outlined below.

* Some of the changes listed were released as updates to earlier versions

** For internal reasons, release numbering jumped from 4.20.039 to 4.20.061; there were no interim releases

The names of new programs are preceded by * (asterisk); the parenthetical code that follows each description is a tracking code (i.e., PDV1nnnn).

 APPQ: Pending Approval Inquiry

• Improved display for consistency with Approvals Signoff (APPV). (PDV11148)

EMX: EIS Calculation

• When the EIS Calculation is run in background (via EISCLC or JOBS), calculations (e.g., inventory, sales, AP) are launched simultaneously to shorten completion time. (PDV11122)

IPSR: Projected Shortages Report

• Added a Program option to specify a planner group and sort and selection by short date. (PDV11132)

NM: AP Invoice Maintenance

• Runtime, Sort, Selection and Program options were added. (PDV11137)

SLPLN: Supply vs. Demand Report

• The report and its options were changed to be more useful. (PDV11131)

* TCSR: Customer Service Rep Codes

• Customer Service Rep Codes (TCSR) maintains a new file (T1CSR) against which the customer service rep field (e.g., in CM, OE, etc.) is validated. During the upgrade to 4.20.020, the file is populated with CSR codes used in the customer and order files. (PDV10133)

* TPG: Planner Group Codes

• Planner Group Codes Maintenance (TPG) enables you to create groups of planners to facilitate reporting. (PDV11133)

XQ: System Options Inquiry

• Executive Information Options:

  • Clicking the Calculations button displays when each EIS calculation was last run and how long it took. (PDV11122)
